Nord Finance Townhall Meeting Recap
Yesterday, We enjoyed chatting with the Nord Finance Community at a Townhall Meeting on telegram. The meeting was our first step towards engaging with the community closely to help everyone get a clear idea of Nord Finance’s progress and future plans.
We discussed Nord Finance’s plan for Jan 2022 and beyond and answered community questions. If you’ve missed the AMA don’t worry, we have compiled a list of topics that our CEO Amarnath Reddy discussed in the Townhall Meeting.
Nord Finance 1st Anniversary:
Nord Finance will celebrate its 1st anniversary on 12th Jan 2022. Many exciting news and giveaways will be coming to celebrate our 1st Anniversary.
Nord NFT Loan Launch:
Nord NFT Loan will be launched on 14th Jan 2022 to celebrate the 1st Anniversary. More details will be announced soon.

We have received many suggestions to launch the Nord Finance product on the Elrond blockchain. We’re planning to launch Nord Finance Product on Elrond soon. We’re also exploring the $NORD token listing on maiar exchange.
Update on Nord Swap:
As discussed in the Townhall Meeting, We’re putting Nord Swap down the priority list of Nord Finance product launches. We believe that there are many good players such as AnySwap to provide the Swap. Currently, We don’t see any value addition to the users that we can provide by launching the Swap product. We would like to focus on more important innovative products than Swap.
New Road Map:
We’re putting one product away to launch two highly innovative products such as NFT loan and Metaverse Guild. We’ll share a more detailed road map in Jan to give you an idea of the future.
